Two-Stage Filter Separator Design

For enhanced separation efficiency, a two-stage filter separator design can be employed, consisting of separator elements in the first stage and a mesh or vane in the second stage of the separator vessel. This configuration offers improved removal of both solid and liquid contaminants.

First Stage – Separator Elements: Gas filter separator elements are utilized in the first stage. These depth style cartridges provide efficient bulk separation of liquids and solids from the gas stream.
